As Finance Transformation Manager, you will own the platform vision for Finance and partner with Product & Tech to shape the leasing and billing platform.
You’ll translate complex finance processes into actionable requirements and design end-to-end processes that improve efficiency and are handover-ready.
The role blends consultancy rigor with hands-on delivery, driving data-led improvements across Finance, Controls, FP&A, and Capital Markets.
A key focus is deploying AI to automate repetitive tasks while enabling scalable, error-free operations.

Responsibilities
- Own finance requirements for the leasing and billing platform, ensuring securitisation reporting and daily operations are supported
- Translate complex finance processes into clear, testable requirements for engineering and product teams
- Design and implement end-to-end finance processes and ensure reliable handover
- Identify and remove manual BAU work across Financial Operations, Financial Control, FP&A, Credit and Capital Markets
- Lead practical deployment of AI (Claude Enterprise) to automate repetitive finance tasks with cost/benefit consideration
- Collaborate across Finance, Data, Product and Operations on cross-functional problems
- Promote AI and data literacy within the Finance team
- Key requirements
- 4+ years in consulting, finance transformation, finance systems, or finance-technology advisory with delivery accountability
- Experience shaping or implementing finance systems that connect billing, accounting, reporting and operational finance
- Proven ability to learn unfamiliar finance processes quickly and drive structured problem solving independently
- Ability to translate finance needs into technology/product requirements
