Help us make a big green dent in the universe. We\’re on a mission to drive the global renewable energy revolution, and we need loads more people to help us make our vision a reality.

At Octopus Energy Services we deliver Low Carbon Technology in homes across the UK. Our team of thousands of engineers are specialists in delivering Heat Pumps, Solar PV and EV chargers – to help transform UK households into the 100% green smart homes of the future. Our team is at the forefront of delivering the incredible customer experience that Octopus prides itself on.

We’re on the lookout for a brilliant, experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO, CFO, and COO of Octopus Energy Services. You’ll be the steady hand that keeps our leadership team running smoothly – calm under pressure, super organised and can spin many plates.

You’ll be working in Brighton at the heart of Octopus Energy Services, handling fast-moving priorities, confidential information, and busy, ever-shifting calendars – all while bringing your own spark to how things get done.

What You\’ll Do

  • Be the trusted right hand for our CEO CFO, and COO – owning diaries, inboxes, and logistics
  • Manage meeting prep, briefing docs, follow-ups and actions
  • Keep travel smooth and stress-free
  • Be a voice of calm and clarity in a world of competing priorities
  • Help steer internal comms, team rituals, celebrations, and leadership offsites
  • Bring fresh ideas to how we organise our chaos
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Be the go-to for getting things done and making things better
  • Support the leaders to become more accessible to the organisation as opposed to a barrier to it

Who You\’ll Be

  • Experience as an EA to C-Suite senior leaders, ideally in a scale-up, startup or super-fast environment
  • Ridiculously good organisational skills
  • The ability to multi-task comes naturally to you
  • Ability to build relationships quickly – Listens to not only what the senior leader needs, but also what they are not saying and can challenge their way of thinking sometimes
  • The ability to work incredibly independently as well as being an epic team player
  • Resilient and calm – you roll with the punches and still get it done
  • You are proactive by nature and look to fix things before they become problems
  • A sharp eye for detail and a love for process (without being too rigid)
  • A love for mission-driven work and a can-do, sleeves-rolled-up attitude
  • You’ve got great emotional intelligence and the confidence to be a thoughtful challenger – offering support, honest feedback, and sound judgement to our leadership team.

This is a full time office-based role in Brighton.

If this sounds like you then we\’d love to hear from you.

Are you ready for a career with us? We want to ensure you have all the tools and environment you need to unleash your potential. Need any specific accommodations? Whether you require specific accommodations or have a unique preference, let us know, and we\’ll do what we can to customise your interview process for comfort and maximum magic!
