About the Role

Are you confident, energetic and great with people?

We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being out and about, meeting new people and having conversations that can genuinely make a difference. This job is ideal for someone looking to build a career in face-to-face sales, field sales or customer acquisition, working across venues and locations throughout the Central Belt of Scotland.

You'll be working face-to-face with customers at a variety of venues, including events, retail locations and community settings. Every day will be different, and you'll be the face of the brand creating positive customer experiences while helping people understand the products and services available to them.

You don't need previous sales experience. What matters most is your personality, confidence, communication skills and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Represent the brand professionally at events, venues, retail locations and community sites.
  • Approach and engage customers confidently in a face-to-face environment.
  • Have friendly, informative conversations to understand customers' needs.
  • Explain products, services and tariffs clearly and simply.
  • Identify opportunities and convert conversations into sales.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience from the first interaction through to completion.
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers while ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with colleagues and contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.
  • Travel independently to different venues and locations across your designated area.
  • Represent the company with honesty, enthusiasm and professionalism at all times.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in people who enjoy talking to people and getting results. You don't need previous experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Customer Advisor or Field Sales Representative. Full training will be provided for candidates with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

You could be a great fit if you:

  • Are confident approaching and speaking to people you've never met.
  • Have a naturally positive, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
  • Enjoy working towards targets and being rewarded for your performance.
  • Have excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Can quickly understand a customer's needs and explain solutions clearly.
  • Are comfortable working independently while also being part of a team.
  • Are organised, reliable and able to manage your time effectively.
  • Take pride in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Are resilient and don't give up when you hear "no".
  • Are honest, professional and motivated to succeed.

Previous sales experience is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Own reliable car/transport, as you'll be required to travel to different venues and locations.
  • Ability and willingness to work across multiple locations.
  • Flexibility to work some weekends, as these are often our busiest days.
  • Excellent spoken communication skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Why Join Us?

This isn't a traditional office-based sales role. You'll be out in the field, meeting customers, representing an exciting brand and developing valuable sales and communication skills.

You'll receive:

  • £26,300 basic annual salary
  • Uncapped and unlimited commission
  • Expected OTE of £41,300
  • Top performers earning £46,000+
  • Full sales training and ongoing coaching
  • Opportunities for career development and progression
  • A varied role with different venues and locations
  • A supportive, energetic and performance-driven team
  • The opportunity to build a career in sales, even if you're new to the industry

The Person We're Looking For

We're not necessarily looking for someone with years of sales experience. We're looking for someone who can walk into a busy venue, confidently approach a stranger, start a conversation, understand what they need and turn that conversation into a positive customer experience and ultimately, a sale.

If you're ambitious, personable, resilient and motivated by earning money based on your performance, this could be the role for you.

If you're ready to get out there, meet people and build a successful career in field sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Candidates will not be considered if they do not have own transport and do not currently hold a valid UK driving license.
