Octopus Energy Ltd is seeking a Customer Operations Intern to help deliver our mission of seamless EV adoption. You’ll work with the customer experience team to ensure customers have the best experience during every interaction and you’ll receive a crash course in all things Octopus.
You’ll support the Customer Operations team across contracting, car delivery and aftercare, escalate issues, and provide feedback to improve service processes.
