About the role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager Implementation Manager to join us for a 6 month Contract (Inside IR35) to boost our ability to deliver our roadmap of improvements and introduction of new tools and services to meet growing business needs. This is a senior individual contributor role, responsible for project delivery through from high-level planning with senior management to hands-on implementation. Our ideal candidate is a technical problem-solver who can navigate complex integrations and guide our teams through change with confidence.

What you'll do:

  • Contract Work: This is a day rate contract role that falls Inside IR35.
  • Project Delivery: Use appropriate frameworks to plan timelines, milestones, resource allocation, risk assessment and communication strategy.
  • Technical Implementation: Deliver the setup and configuration of new and existing tools ensuring seamless integrations and automations within our tech stack.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including the technical team, end-users, SaaS vendors, and senior management.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate and build effective relationships with any SaaS vendors we’re using today or those we’re bringing on board.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, resolve or mitigate potential project risks and issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the projects being delivered are meeting the high standards we and our customers expect of our business.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk logs, and issue tracking.
  • End-User Training: Work with teams to ensure that any new tools or services delivered into the business include appropriate training.

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience: Extensive background as an Implementation or hands-on Project Manager with a demonstrable track record of delivering complex, multi-departmental projects.
  • Start Up/Scale Up knowledge: Extensive experience working in Start Up/Scale Up businesses in a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
  • SaaS expertise: Deep experience in implementing SaaS solutions, managing complex integrations, and trialing new features.
  • Technical proficiency/fluency: Good knowledge of modern tech architecture, terminology and approaches including agentic AI and workflow automations.
  • Agility & Pace: Demonstrated ability to work independently, make fast decisions, and meet ambitious timelines.
  • Adaptability: A flexible approach to problem-solving in a fast-evolving technology environment.

Any of the following would be a bonus:

  • Experience within the leasing or financial services sector.
  • Experience with identifying and deploying B2B sales suites.
  • Experience with identifying and deploying optimal AI tooling within respective SaaS applications.
  • Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
