We are looking for a Product Manager to join OE Tech and support our Business teams globally. OEB are the business energy champions. Success for OEB comes down to our ability to look after our customers, whilst furthering the transition to Net Zero. To achieve this we must deliver market leading green products, outstanding customer service and competitive pricing. Businesses have a fundamental role to play in grid decarbonisation, which OEB can support them to unlock.
Our local business teams support a diverse range of business customers, from over 110,000 SMEs in the UK to major cities and local authorities in France, and we are rapidly scaling. Growth to date is based on disruption and innovation. Testing and rolling out smart products, customer propositions and initiatives. We have ambitious growth plans for our business teams in all the countries we operate in.
OEB is made of small, determined local teams. Team members have freedom and accountability over their areas. To maintain our advantage, innovation and customer centricity are key. This role works closely with local business teams to gather their needs, decide what matters most, and quickly deliver practical solutions that can be improved over time.

What youâll be doing...
- Collect and prioritize needs from local business teams
- Define requirements and guide solutions from concept to delivery
- Own and maintain the B2B product roadmap, balancing business priorities and quick wins
- Work with engineering, design and ops teams to launch quickly and iterate based on feedback
- Keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the process
- Define and track key product metrics, analyse performance data, and derive actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
- Outline and prioritise technical requirements for dependencies on other teams
