What you will do:

  • Assist with new and periodic updates to marketing content including presentation decks, case study documents, teasers helping to ensure all our content aligns to our distribution strategy and messaging.
  • Monitor investor engagement and follow-up activities to identify "warm" leads, ensuring the Distribution team is positioned to convert interest into commitments effectively.
  • Identify and qualify prospective investors by conducting research, building a robust pipeline to support fundraising targets.
  • Coordinate the CRM system to map out key clients' investment strategy to maximise our knowledge for our sales process.
  • Assist on periodic updates to our institutional clients across our product lines and wider business as well as thought leadership.
  • Support organising roadshows for Europe and Asia.
  • Project management to deliver successes on events, external or internally-hosted, industry conferences to ensure smooth coordination and preparation.

What you will need:

  • Native or professional fluency in German: Ability to accurately translate marketing materials and communicate professionally with DACH-region institutional investors.
  • Some exposure, experience or degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an interest in the Renewable Energy or Infrastructure sectors is preferred.
  • High Proficiency in MS Office: Specifically PowerPoint for pitch book formatting and Excel for maintaining investor trackers and data.
  • Organisational & Project Management Skills: The ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Proactive "Sales" Mindset: A confident communicator who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, conduct research into prospective leads, and follow up on action items.
  • The ability to act as a professional point of contact for high-net-worth or institutional clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail.
