Its credit risk team supports customers struggling with their bills and works with technology and operations teams to address customer problems.
Задачи:
- Take ownership of managing customers who are struggling with payments
- Investigate data to surface insights for decision-making
- Develop the reporting suite using the latest BI tools and technology
- Develop empathetic approaches to vulnerable customers
- Create strategies to identify and prevent first-party and third-party fraud
- Develop machine learning models and policies that drive sophisticated decisions
- Proactively identify new areas of opportunity
- Challenge existing KPIs, objectives, and strategy
- Communicate complex data concepts effectively and confidently
- Build strong relationships with Collections, Operations, Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders
Требования:
- Excellent SQL skills Drive to solve problems using data 2–5 Years of data analytics experience in a consumer-facing business
- Будет плюсом: Python data science stack (pandas, NumPy, Jupyter notebooks, Plotly/matplotlib, etc.), Git, data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, dbt
