This is a high-growth opportunity for an analytical professional looking to build a career in Capital Markets. Joining as an Analyst, you will gain hands-on exposure to complex debt facilities and see the full lifecycle of a securitisation facility.

In this role, you will be the analytical engine of the team, supporting the senior members of the team and helping ensure our funding facilities are optimised.

  • Securitisation & public ABS Learning: Support the management of our securitisation facilities, including the transition to public markets. This will involve helping with both rating agency and investor engagement (answering due diligence questions, analysing performance data etc.)
  • Technical Analysis: Financial modelling, market analysis and manipulating large and at times complex data sets.
  • Transaction Reporting: Help with the delivery of the sophisticated reporting requirements of our funders, focusing on asset performance and forecasting, including helping monitor transaction trigger levels.

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the broader team to ensure capital markets activities directly support the company’s overall growth agenda.

What you'll need:

  • A degree in Finance or related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of work or internship experience in a similar role (Capital Markets, Banking, Debt Advisory are preferable but not a hard requirement) with an interest in securitisation.
  • Be highly numerate with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, professional spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Possess strong data skills; you are an expert in spreadsheets and have a basic understanding of SQL to query and manage large-scale data.
  • Be a self-driven 'problem-solver' with a deep willingness to learn new financial structures and speak to individuals across the business to help problem solve, in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Present technical financial analysis to internal stakeholders.
  • Be genuinely motivated to apply your financial and technical skillset to play an important role in the Capital Markets team and help fund a business tackling climate change.
