Description
Content Designer - Government Gateway (supporting all teams).
Need to be SC Cleared
We are looking for a Content Designer to support work on the Government Gateway programme - mainly supporting SCP, EACD/RATE and FRAUD PREVENTION CENTRE.
Core Responsibilities:
Writing and Editing: Translate dense policy and "government-speak" into clear, accessible online content.
User Focus: Research user needs using data analytics, user research, and usability testing.
Collaboration: Work alongside multidisciplinary teams including user researchers, interaction designers, and product managers.
Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with subject matter experts and policy teams to ensure accuracy while safeguarding content quality.
Key Skills Required
Content management and architecture.
Evidence-based design.
Iterative design and agile working.
Designing for everyone (accessibility and inclusion).
