One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Marketing Automation Integration Consultant (Braze, Salesforce, Active Campaign, Marketo).

Description: The customer in Sweden is embarking on a strategic initiative to integrate Braze into our customer communications ecosystem and we are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Integration Consultant to support this effort in the initial stages. This role offers the chance to work with cross-functional teams, drive digital transformation and make a direct impact on marketing strategy and performance.

As a consultant, you\’ll support the integration of a new communications platform.

Role and Responsibilities

As Marketing Automation Integration Consultant, you will:

1. Define and manage the project timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing strategy, CRM, Content, IT, Customer Analytics and Customer Data Delivery) to ensure seamless implementation.
3. Configure and test the marketing platform data integration points, support monitoring protocol development.
4. Develop and document workflows, automation processes, segment descriptions and campaign templates for triggered and scheduled communications.
5. Develop and document data minimization and deletion rules. Put in place monitoring.
6. Support data migration and one-off data transformations, as required.
7. Ensure data migration, system integration and API connections meet business needs.
8. Configure initial campaign and segment reports.
9. Provide support, training, and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
10. Monitor progress, resolve issues and report regularly on project progress and status.

Success in this project role will be measured by:

1. Support marketing functional readiness for new product launches.
2. User adoption rates and satisfaction among marketing and product teams.
3. Delivery of comprehensive project documentation and bespoke training materials.

You will work closely with:

1. Marketing operations (responsibility within the commercial analytics team for the supplier management, integration, data management and realization of commercial value).
2. System architects, developers and IT Services.
3. Marketing strategy, CRM and content teams.
4. Data and Analytics and Commercial Analytics.
5. Vendor support teams.

You will report directly to the project sponsor: Customer Value and Insights Lead.

Required Experience:

Proven track record in driving integration projects, particularly in marketing automation tool implementation (Braze, Salesforce, Active Campaign, Marketo or similar). Strong understanding of CRM systems and data integration processes. Experience working with agile teams.

Required Skills:

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Hands-on experience of configuring workflows, automation, and segmentation within marketing automation tools. Familiarity with Agile methodologies or similar project management frameworks.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor\’s degree in marketing, Business, IT or related field (preferred). Relevant certifications (eg., PMP, Agile, marketing automation certifications) are a plus.
