A blue-chip global Card Payment Provider is seeking Account Executives with Payments or Cards experiences due to dynamic growth.
To be successful in this role, you will possess Account management or customer support experience within a payment scheme or Financial Services Operations possessing excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
In addition, you will work independently and plan, schedule, and arrange your own activities in accomplishing objectives.
Day to day, you will
Responsibilities
- Provide support and consultancy to assigned Acquirers, Processors and PSPs while becoming the point of contact for all operational matters related to client portfolio
- Proactively resolve client business & technical problems while showing strong leadership navigating the articulated business matrix, acting in complete autonomy
- Support business development teams to expand acceptance and oversee the onboarding of new Acquirers, Processors, PSPs, and software vendors
- Support participants through the semi-annual release process
- Manage and coordinate certification
- Ensure participants are compliant with operating rules and regulations
- Engage participants to support network initiatives
- Implement new network products (EMV, 3DS, Digital, e-commerce, contactless, etc.) and solutions with existing network partners
- Manage technical communications with client technical team, project team, customer service teams and senior executives
- Execute department initiatives and ensure processes and projects are well documented to meet auditing requirements
- Could have additional responsibilities for planning, directing, and coordinating activities for other team members and cross functionally
- Manages large clients and internal senior stakeholders\’ relationships
- Develops and supports difficult decisions
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the payment industry infrastructure (either from a Scheme, Acquirer or Processor’s perspective)
- Client-centric approach with the ability to interact across all management levels, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills
- Natural relationship builder able to proficiently set and maintain great relationships with a portfolio of clients and multiple internal stakeholders
- Desire to embrace change with an optimistic attitude, able to spot opportunities in every challenge
- Fluency in a second European language is a plus (e.g., German, Spanish or French)
