The Role

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to help expand our global client base. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with companies looking to build or scale their tech teams through our outsourced recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients (startups, SMEs, enterprises) who need tech talent
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and networking
  • Present Octogle Technologies' recruitment outsourcing solutions and demonstrate value to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, or staffing/outsourcing sales (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry and common technical roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter mentality – comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by commission-based earnings
  • Existing network in tech, HR, or startup ecosystems is a plus
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus

Compensation Structure – High Recurring Commission

This isn't your typical one-time commission role. You earn for as long as your client contracts run.

Compensation Structure

  • Base Retainer: £500–£1,000/month (subject to performance review)
  • Commission Model: You receive a percentage of the entire contract value, paid out monthly for the full contract duration
  • Earning Potential: Realistically earn up to £10,000+ per month as your client base grows

This role is commission-first from day one. The base retainer will be introduced following a successful performance review.

When you close a deal, you don't just get a one-off payment – you earn recurring income for the life of the contract:

Example: You close a placement on a 12-month contract. You'll receive your commission every month for the next 12 months. Close multiple deals, and your monthly income stacks – creating a powerful, compounding revenue stream.

The more contracts you close, the more your monthly earnings grow. Top performers with a solid portfolio of active clients can realistically earn £10,000+ per month within 6–12 months.

Dubai Relocation Opportunity

This role starts as fully remote, but for top performers who demonstrate consistent results, there is a genuine opportunity to:
