The Role

We\'re looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to help expand our global client base. You\'ll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with companies looking to build or scale their tech teams through our outsourced recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect potential clients (startups, SMEs, enterprises) who need tech talent
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and networking
  • Present Octogle Technologies\' recruitment outsourcing solutions and demonstrate value to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
What We\'re Looking For
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, or staffing/outsourcing sales (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry and common technical roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter mentality – comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by commission-based earnings
  • Existing network in tech, HR, or startup ecosystems is a plus
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
Compensation Structure – High Recurring Commission

This isn\'t your typical one-time commission role. You earn for as long as your client contracts run.
