Octopus Energy Group in Weybridge is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Managers, driving growth across B2B and B2B2C channels. You will mentor leaders, help build a sustainable talent pipeline, and push the Salary Sacrifice product forward within a culture of high performance and customer focus.
