Overview We’re on the lookout for a Senior Sales Manager, a seasoned leader with a proven track record of steering high-growth sales departments in B2B and B2B2C environments.

Your role is to lead our Sales Managers and their teams to new heights, develop the leadership tier, drive growth of the Salary Sacrifice product, and ensure the sales teams operate with excellence aligned with our OEV culture.
This position offers an uncapped commission structure and a car allowance, with an office in Weybridge where you’ll be onsite 2–3 days per week.
