The role
One goal: more inbound traffic that turns into deals.
There's no predefined playbook. SEO, AI search, social, PR, partnerships, or something else: you decide what works and do it. We care about the result, not the channel.
We want organic or highly efficient traffic. We'll invest in what works, but this isn't a role for spending big on ads. Good sources and smart bets beat budget.
Who we're looking for
You've done growth marketing at a startup or a strong tech company, and you can point to results you drove yourself.
In the interviews we'll go into detail: what you did, what it produced, and why you can do it again here. If it clicks on the first call, we'll find a way to work together.

Compensation
€5,000–€9,000 a month, depending on experience and background.
On top of that, we agree measurable growth milestones with you, and the bonuses for hitting them.
