We are recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join us here at Octavius. We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Providing essential administrative support to ensure our fleet operation runs efficiently, accurately, and remains fully compliant.
- Supporting the Fleet Manager with day-to-day administration, including maintaining fleet databases, managing fuel cards, coordinating vehicle allocations, supporting licence checks, expenses and defect management.
- Playing an active role in improving processes and supporting the wider business.
Key Relationships
- A collaborative and supportive Supply Chain and Fleet team, working closely with the Fleet Manager and wider internal stakeholders.
- Liaising with external suppliers to help ensure the smooth running of our fleet across multiple projects and frameworks.
