We are recruiting for a Site Foreperson to join us here at Octavius.
We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.
This role is based within Connect Plus\’ COFA 3 Framework, delivering improvements across the M25. Candidates will need to be able to travel to all areas of the M25, in addition to working day, night and weekend shifts.
You\’ll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)
Supporting the site management team in delivering Highways infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You\’ll oversee daily site activities, coordinate resources, and ensure compliance with company policies and legislation. Your focus will be on delivering quality outcomes, meeting programme targets, and maximising project performance.

- Experience working on Highways infrastructure, including groundworks, reinforced concrete structures, steelwork, and building disciplines
- Strong understanding of site processes, safety systems, and project close-out procedures
- SSSTS certification (SMSTS preferred or working towards), CSCS card, and relevant training
- Reasonable IT skills and a proactive approach to reporting, record-keeping, and stakeholder engagement
