Our projects include rail E&P renewals in Southern and Anglia, station enhancements in the South West and North West Central, and Access For All Schemes nationwide. In highways, we support local authorities and National Highways on major upgrades across Sussex, Essex, Norfolk, the M25 corridor, Manchester, York, Devon, and Somerset.

We seek Senior Technical Managers who will provide engineering expertise, drive innovation, and ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and designing temporary works solutions for live sites and tenders.
  • Providing guidance on Design Management and Temporary Works Management Procedures.
  • Ensuring safety standards and technical approval processes are met.
  • Collaborating with teams and representing Octavius in technical discussions.
  • Conducting site visits, inspections, and audits; coaching Temporary Works Coordinators.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of up to 4 reports.
  • Fostering knowledge exchange and innovation among teams.
