We are recruiting a Senior SHE Advisor to join Octavius. You will play a pivotal role in driving our safety‑first culture across civil engineering and rail infrastructure projects. You will provide expert guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with SHE legislation and best practices.
Responsibilities
- You will conduct site inspections and audits, deliver training, promote behavioural safety and contribute to the well‑being of our people and the success of our projects.
- You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and operational teams to embed a proactive SHE culture across all levels of the organisation.
Qualifications
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
- Membership of IOSH
- Proven experience in a SHE role within the rail sector
- Strong knowledge of UK SHE legislation and industry best practices
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to lead by example
