We're looking for a People Services Coordinator to join us at Octavius. If you like structure, getting things right, and being the person people rely on, this could be a good fit. You’ll be working on delivering a consistent, accurate and responsive People service.
Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to leaving
- Keep employee data accurate and up to date
- Make sure processes are followed and documentation is right first time
- Help improve how things are done, not just maintain them

- Right to work checks and pre-employment compliance
- Absence logging and administration
- Payroll inputs and data accuracy
