Octavius Infrastructure is recruiting a People Services Manager for the Southern Renewals Enterprise, a 2-year fixed-term role within the People & Transformation team in London. You will own the SID people experience across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with HR, recruitment and SID line managers to drive process improvements.
With CIPD qualification and strong stakeholder management, you will govern HR data, support grievances and performance issues, and promote best practices aligned.
