We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join us at Octavius. You'll be working on a £3m Viaduct refurbishment scheme, which includes drainage replacement and structural works. We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Leading customer‑focused project teams to exceed expectations, ensuring high‑quality, timely project delivery.
- Fostering strong engagement with stakeholders and local communities to create positive project outcomes.
- Ensuring strict compliance with industry standards, contracts, and governance processes.
- Driving financial performance through effective cost control, accurate forecasting, and profit accountability.
- Promoting a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement across all levels of the team.
- Mentoring and developing team members, sharing best practices to enhance skills and project outcomes.

About You:
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, you meet the following skills and experience requirements:
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field, professional certification in project management, or relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma Methodologies is an advantage.
- Significant experience in highways construction, specifically road building and drainage systems.
- Strong knowledge of NEC or ICE contract conditions and programme management.
