Octavius Infrastructure is seeking a Development Manager (Design Manager) to lead pre-construction and design development for rail renewal schemes across the UK. You will coordinate surveys, information, and governance, balancing technical excellence with commercial and programme constraints.
You will work with Network Rail, design partners and delivery teams, promoting safety, sustainability and continuous improvement, and own cost, change control and risk management throughout the development.
