(what your role and responsibility is) Responsibilities You’ll play a pivotal role in producing and managing analytical cost estimates, target costs, and budgets for a variety of one-off tenders, projects, and frameworks. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing accurate and timely cost estimates that reflect project requirements, site conditions, and client needs. Developing cost plans, order of magnitude budgets, and design-to-cost budgets. Analysing method-related costs and temporary works in collaboration with project teams. Compiling tender summaries, risk registers, and contributing to written methodologies and proposals. Presenting commercial strategies at adjudication meetings and handing over successful bids to delivery teams.
