Responsibilities
- Preparing accurate and timely cost estimates that reflect project requirements, site conditions, and client needs.
- Developing cost plans, order of magnitude budgets, and design-to-cost budgets.
- Analysing method-related costs and temporary works in collaboration with project teams.
- Compiling tender summaries, risk registers, and contributing to written methodologies and proposals.
- Presenting commercial strategies at adjudication meetings and handing over successful bids to delivery teams.
- Continuously seeking feedback and driving business improvement initiatives.

You’ll collaborate closely with bid team members, project managers, commercial managers, external suppliers, clients, and professional advisors. Our clients include leading names in the highways sector, and you’ll be at the heart of delivering excellence on every project.
