  • General Operatives – with solid experience of working in construction.
  • Skilled Operatives – holding valid CSCS cards demonstrating technical competence.
  • Supervisors and Gangers – with SSSTS and experience leading site teams.
  • Traffic Management Operatives – with M1, M2, M6 qualifications.

You’ll Bring (Experience & Technical Skills)

  • A background in Civil, Structural, or Construction engineering, ideally within National Highways or local authority road networks.
  • Experience across key disciplines such as groundworks, reinforced concrete structures, steelwork, drainage, utilities, and temporary works.
  • Confidence interpreting construction drawings and plans.
  • A strong understanding of site safety, traffic management, and highways working environments.

Qualifications:

  • CSCS card.
  • IOSH Managing Safely or SSSTS (depending on role).
