Octavius Infrastructure is recruiting a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our Rail business, supporting a Network Rail framework in the Southern region.

You will oversee a long‑term route reactive maintenance programme and manage a sizeable annual spend with a high-volume, fast‑paced delivery model.

You’ll lead a team of 4–5 direct reports, drive profitability, and ensure NEC contract administration and robust reporting.
