We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join us here at Octavius. We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK. This role is working on Connect Plus' COFA 3 Framework, delivering improvements across the M25. Candidates need to be able to travel to all areas of the M25, as well as be able to commit to day, night and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Managing small‑scale construction sites or supporting larger schemes within our Highways infrastructure portfolio.
- Ensuring projects are delivered to client expectations while upholding the highest standards in health and safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control.
- Leading site operations, managing programmes, supervising delivery, and driving innovation and efficiency in every aspect of the build.

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience managing a project portfolio of bridge structures for a tier 1 or 2 contractor.
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies advantageous.
- Significant experience in highways construction, specifically roads, bridges or structures.
- Strong knowledge of NEC or ICE contract conditions and programme management.
- SMSTS certification and a valid CSCS card.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
