We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join us here at Octavius. We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.
Role Overview
This role is working on Connect Plus' COFA 3 Framework, delivering improvements across the M25. Candidates need to be able to travel to all areas of the M25, as well as be able to commit to day, night and weekend shifts.
You will be working on managing small-scale construction sites or supporting larger schemes within our Highways infrastructure portfolio. You will ensure projects are delivered to client expectations while upholding the highest standards in health and safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control. You will lead site operations, manage programmes, supervise delivery, and drive innovation and efficiency in every aspect of the build.

Experience & Qualifications
- Experience working for a tier 1 or 2 contractor and managing a project portfolio of bridge structures.
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma Methodologies is an advantage.
- Significant experience in highways construction, specifically roads, bridges or structures.
- Strong knowledge of NEC or ICE contract conditions and programme management.
- SMSTS certification and a valid CSCS card.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
