We are recruiting for a Sub Agent to join us here at Octavius. We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK. This role is working on Connect Plus' COFA 3 Framework, delivering improvements across the M25. Candidates need to be able to travel to all areas of the M25, and commit to day, night and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing small-scale construction sites or supporting larger schemes within our Highways infrastructure portfolio.
- Ensuring projects are delivered to client expectations while upholding health and safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control.
- Leading site operations, managing programmes, supervising delivery, and driving innovation and efficiency in all aspects of the build.

About You

Qualifications
- Proven experience in civil engineering project delivery within the Highways sector.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM regulations, programme and risk management, and cost control.
- Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
- CSCS and SMSTS cards, with NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
