We are recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join us here at Octavius. We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Providing essential administrative support to ensure our fleet operation runs efficiently, accurately, and remains fully compliant.
  • Supporting the Fleet Manager with day‑to‑day administration, including maintaining fleet databases, managing fuel cards, coordinating vehicle allocations, and supporting licence checks, expenses and defect management.
  • Playing an active role in improving processes and supporting the wider business.

Collaboration

  • Working with a collaborative and supportive Supply Chain and Fleet team, closely with the Fleet Manager and wider internal stakeholders.
  • Liaising with external suppliers to help ensure the smooth running of our fleet across multiple projects and frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.

  • Good proficiency in English and Maths.
