The Opportunity

As the firm continues its strategic growth, they seek an exceptional Equity Analyst to join their investment team. This role offers significant exposure to senior professionals and provides a platform to develop as an investor within a boutique environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and develop sophisticated financial models to identify compelling investment opportunities.
2. Perform in-depth research on target companies, including financial statements, business models, competitive positioning, and industry dynamics.
3. Formulate and present well-supported investment theses to the investment committee.
4. Monitor portfolio positions and market trends continuously.
5. Collaborate effectively within a flat organizational structure that values diverse perspectives.

Required Qualifications

1. At least 2 years of relevant buy-side investment experience.
2. Exceptional financial modeling and fundamental analysis skills.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
4. Demonstrated curiosity and ability to learn across multiple sectors.
5. Strong critical thinking and independent thesis development skills.
