Role Purpose: As Manager, IT – EMEA, you provide leadership and operational oversight for IT services and teams within the EMEA region. You ensure reliable, secure, and compliant IT operations while aligning regional execution with global IT strategy and standards. You act as a key interface between business stakeholders, regional IT teams, and global IT leadership. Individuals in this position provide leadership for those involved in the development, design, and optimization of one or more information technology and systems functions, supporting company business processes and technical information systems platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop IT teams delivering services across several EMEA locations
  • Accountable for stable IT service delivery, availability, and operational excellence
  • Implement and execute global IT policies, standards, and roadmaps within EMEA
  • Ensure security, compliance, and data protection requirements are met
  • Partner with regional business leaders to translate business needs into IT solutions
  • Manage escalations, risks, and operational priorities within the region
  • Coordinate with global IT teams to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Contribute to global IT initiatives, transformation programs, and continuous improvement activities

Education / Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an IT leadership or IT management role
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments (infrastructure, applications, security, service management)
  • Experience working in international / regional (EMEA) setups
  • Ability to balance people leadership, operational responsibility, and strategic alignment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cultures and regions
  • Experience working with global IT governance models and standardized processes
