We are looking for an organised, compassionate and proactive Triage Officer to join a busy team. You will be the first point of contact for referrals, ensuring individuals receive the most appropriate support while working closely with internal teams and external partner organisations.
Location: Ty Elai, Heol Dinas Isaf, Tonypandy, Rhondda Cynon Taf, CF40 1NY
Pay: £18.62 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: 15 Weeks+
Start Date: ASAP
Working Pattern: Hybrid - Typically 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for client referrals via telephone, email and community settings.
- Triage referrals and direct clients to the most appropriate employment and support services.
- Maintain accurate client records and performance data using internal systems.
- Provide administrative support, including report preparation, monitoring information and compliance documentation.
- Process invoices, purchase orders and training bookings.
- Organise meetings and events, prepare agendas and take meeting minutes.
- Work collaboratively with Employment Mentors, Engagement Officers, In-Work Support teams.
