We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Therapeutic Intervention Workers and Edge of Care Outreach Workers. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
Role: Residential Therapeutic Intervention Worker & Edge of Care Outreach Worker
Salary: £31,524 - £32,931 per annum
Location: 42 York Street, Twickenham Richmond
Additional Information: Sleep in allowance. Shift work across 7 days a week, over the full year including Christmas, New Year and other bank holidays.
Qualifications: Diploma Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People (desirable)
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to engage with young people and build rapport.
- Understanding of safeguarding and trauma, with the ability to manage difficult situations.
- Experience in conflict resolution and managing challenging behaviours.
