We are recruiting an experienced Senior Domestic Abuse Manager to join our Children's Safeguarding / Family Safeguarding service. You will manage, lead, and develop a team of operational domestic abuse workers, delivering probation-related services in line with the needs of the Swindon Children's Safeguarding Team, relevant legislation, policies, standards, and service objectives.
The role also involves developing and managing multi-agency partnerships, representing the service internally and externally, and contributing to service improvement and performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain programmes and activities to meet safeguarding requirements and performance targets
- Lead and manage organisational change within service delivery
