Are you an experienced early years professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a well-established, family-run nursery setting in Higher Broughton.
About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the setting. You’ll play a key role in leading the team, ensuring high standards of care and education, and building strong relationships with families and external professionals to support each child’s development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the overall management and smooth daily operation of the nursery
- Lead, motivate, and support the nursery team
- Ensure children are safe, engaged, and supported in line with EYFS
- Build strong partnerships with parents and external agencies
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and compliance
