Your role as Room Leader:
- Lead and manage a room within the nursery
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Support, guide, and motivate your team, encouraging development
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children
- Build strong relationships with families and meet each child’s individual needs
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Excellent understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Previous leadership experience desirable
