Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Ensure high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing nursery team
- Foster a positive, collaborative working culture
- Build strong relationships with parents and external agencies
- Ensure safeguarding and compliance standards are consistently met
- Maintain Ofsted readiness at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (UK recognised)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS framework
- In-depth understanding of safeguarding
- Proven leadership experience within a nursery setting
- GCSE Maths (or equivalent), or willingness to achieve within 2 years
