Octave Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced ICT Service Delivery Manager to lead the operational delivery of ICT services across Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security and Development teams during a period of organisational change.
The role is hybrid in Loughborough (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) with a 12-month+ contract and immediate start.
You will drive improvements, manage projects and day-to-day operations while coordinating with ICT managers and stakeholders.
