Location: Oxford, OX3 7XP Pay: £30,056 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week What you'll be doing: As an Early Years Educator, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop and have fun. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS * Supporting each child's individual learning and development * Planning and delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities * Creating a warm, caring and stimulating environment * Building strong and positive relationships with children and their families * Working closely with colleagues to provide excellent standards of care * Supporting children's wellbeing, development and learning * Maintaining a strong focus on safeguarding You will need: * A Level 3 qualification in a full and relevant UK-recognised Early Years discipline * A strong understanding of the EYFS * Good knowledge of safeguarding children * A genuine passion for working with children * A caring, enthusiastic and positive approach * The ability to work effectively as part of a team What's on offer?
