Vision Products supplies, installs and services a wide range of community equipment, including chairs, bath lifts, hoists and beds. We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Technology & Servicing Manager to cover long‑term sickness and support the effective management of a busy Technology and Servicing Department.
Location: Coedcae Ln, Pontyclun
Contract: Interim - 3 months+
Hours: 37 hours per week
Rate: £26.00 per hour (Umbrella)
The Role:
You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the service, ensuring operational efficiency, high standards of service delivery and effective use of resources. This is a hands‑on management role within a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing teams across Administration, Engineering and Assistive Technology
- Overseeing vehicles, stock control and logistics
- Supporting service delivery to agreed targets and deadlines
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven management or supervisory experience
- Experience within engineering (electrical or mechanical) or logistics
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively to deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Good time management and a collaborative, team‑focused approach
- Knowledge of Health & Safety principles
- Database experience and basic IT skills
- A full UK driving licence (advantageous)
