The predicted salary is between 22 - 30 £ per hour.

Vision Products supplies, installs and services a wide range of community equipment, including chairs, bath lifts, hoists and beds. We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Technology & Servicing Manager to cover long‑term sickness and support the effective management of a busy Technology and Servicing Department.

Location: Coedcae Ln, Pontyclun

Contract: Interim - 3 months+

Hours: 37 hours per week

Rate: £26.00 per hour (Umbrella)

The Role:

You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the service, ensuring operational efficiency, high standards of service delivery and effective use of resources. This is a hands‑on management role within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing teams across Administration, Engineering and Assistive Technology
  • Overseeing vehicles, stock control and logistics
  • Supporting service delivery to agreed targets and deadlines
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven management or supervisory experience
  • Experience within engineering (electrical or mechanical) or logistics
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work effectively to deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Good time management and a collaborative, team‑focused approach
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety principles
  • Database experience and basic IT skills
  • A full UK driving licence (advantageous)
