We are looking for a Housing Support Assistant to join our team at Milestone House in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference by supporting single homeless customers as they transition to more stable accommodation. Key Details: * Contract: 3 months, with potential for extension * Location: Milestone House, Derby * Hours: Full-time (36 hours per week, may include weekends) * Shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM * Start Date: As soon as possible Role Responsibilities: * Assist in delivering accommodation support and activities services to customers in Milestone House. * Work closely with residents to provide tailored support and encourage positive outcomes. * Help individuals prepare for and successfully move on to appropriate, stable accommodation. * Ensure a high standard of service delivery and continuously strive to improve outcomes for customers.
