We’re currently looking for an experienced Housing Investment and Compliance Services Manager to join a busy council team based in Loughborough. This is a temp 4-month contract offering a fantastic opportunity to lead vital housing services and make a real difference to the community.

About the Role:
As the Housing Investment and Compliance Services Manager, you will lead, manage, and deliver planned maintenance, property improvements, and compliance services across the Council’s housing stock. You’ll ensure services are delivered to a high standard, maintaining tenant, public, and staff safety, while meeting all legislative, statutory, and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert professional and technical leadership in all areas of housing maintenance, compliance, and planned improvements.
- Ensure effective, efficient, and timely delivery of services to meet the Decent Homes Standard and the Council’s repairing obligations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date stock condition data through physical assessments, using this information to deliver well-maintained, energy-efficient, and compliant homes.
- Oversee a high-quality disabled adaptations service.
- Ensure the effective procurement and management of all relevant maintenance, compliance, and improvement contracts.
