We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of a busy fleet service.
The Role
You will provide administrative and practical support to the fleet team, helping to ensure vehicles, records and day-to-day fleet activities are managed efficiently.
Duties are likely to include
- Providing general administrative support to the Fleet team.
- Maintaining accurate fleet and vehicle records.
- Updating spreadsheets, databases and internal systems.
- Processing and maintaining vehicle documentation.
- Arranging and coordinating vehicle movements where required.
- Driving vehicles between locations, garages, depots and other sites.
- Collecting and delivering vehicles or equipment as required.
- Supporting vehicle inspections and general fleet checks.
- Keeping records up to date and ensuring documentation is completed accurately.
- Assisting with general fleet administration and other duties as required.
You will ideally have
- A full UK driving licence β essential.
- Previous experience in administration, fleet, transport, logistics or a similar environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with a range of people.
