We are looking for an experienced Principal Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required legal and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and advise on value for money
- Lead procurement activities, including tenders and contractor selection
- Administer construction contracts, managing variations and claims
- Monitor costs, cash flow, and certify interim payments
- Identify and manage financial and contractual risks
- Prepare and agree final accounts at project completion
- Provide commercial and contractual advice throughout the project lifecycle
About You:
- Strong background in quantity surveying at a senior level
- Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
