Your role as Deputy Manager:
- Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the setting
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families and external professionals
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding care and education
- Ensure children are safe, happy, and thriving at all times
- Bring the EYFS to life through engaging and meaningful experiences
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 (or above) UK-recognised Early Years qualification
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Previous leadership experience within a nursery setting
- A passion for early years and making a real difference
