We are currently recruiting for an experienced Minute Taker to join Sefton Council. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator, minute taker, committee clerk, PA or business support professional with strong typing and listening skills.
Location: Trinity Road, Bootle, Merseyside, L20 3NJ
Rate: £14.00 per hour
Contract: 7 months+
Start Date: ASAP
The Role: As a Minute Taker, you will be responsible for accurately recording discussions, decisions and actions during meetings and producing clear, concise and professional minutes. You will need to be confident working in a meeting environment, listening carefully to discussions and accurately capturing key information.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience of minute taking is essential.
- Excellent listening and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify and record key decisions, actions and outcomes.
- Typing speed of at least 65 words per minute (WPM).
- Minimum 95% typing accuracy.
- Excellent IT and administration skills.
- Professional and organised approach.
